Once you have signed up, choose a date and time on the web and confirm your booking.
When you arrive, log in on the web and hold your QR code up to the reader in the shop.

There is no checkout on the day.
There is no limit. The "booking slots" attached to each plan are the number of reservations you can hold at once (Club: 1 slot, Premium: 3 slots). Once an appointment is finished you can book the next one, so you are welcome as often as you like. Premium also comes with priority booking.
Haircuts, shaving (beard and brows) and styling are all unlimited. Each appointment lasts 30 minutes. We do not offer shampooing, perms or colouring.
There is no joining fee. Haircuts and beard and brow shaving are all included in the monthly fee, and there is no checkout on the day. The membership fee is all you pay — when you join, we bill the pro-rated amount for your first month together with the following month.
We accept credit cards. Your monthly fee is charged automatically to the card you register.
Visits are by appointment. You can cancel on the web at any time. To move an appointment, please cancel it first and then make a new booking. So that other members have a chance to book, we ask that you do this as early as you can.
Membership is open regardless of gender. The Daikanyama flagship is for guests aged 20 and over, because the lounge is set aside as a smoking room for heated tobacco products and the law does not permit anyone under 20 to enter that area.
Heated tobacco products may be used only in the lounge, which is set aside as a designated smoking room. The styling area is kept under enhanced ventilation. Please note that there are no non-smoking seats within the lounge, and cigarettes may not be used.
Today we have one shop, the Daikanyama flagship. The next location is in preparation and we plan to open further shops in turn. We will announce how membership works across multiple locations when the next shop opens.
